Sourced from an old organic chardonnay vineyard just a few kilometers from the ocean, we’ve partnered with a fifth-generation organic farmer in the Coteaux de Beziers wine region of France for this non-alcoholic wine. We start by crafting our base wine, and then delicately remove the alcohol before adding a gentle sparkle at bottling. The result is a wine with beautiful tension, featuring a crisp green-apple intensity that frames a round yet well-defined palate. Layers of flavor emerge, with notes of pear skin and almond lending to a phenolic complexity and an impressively long, but smooth finish.
