The Little Sober Bar

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") carefully before using The Little Sober Bar (the "Services"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Services provided by Little Sober Bar ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Services.

Services
Little Sober Bar provides beverage services that emphasize sober experiences. Our dedicated team provides alcohol-free beverages, including but not limited to, pop-up bars, private gatherings, social events, and corporate functions.

Event Guidelines
a. Age Limitations: Our Services are only available to individuals who are of legal age in their respective jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of our clients and event participants to comply with all age regulations and laws in their area.

b. Sober Experience: We strive to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere free from the use of alcohol. We expect all event attendees to respect this and refrain from the consumption or possession of alcohol and other substances during our hosted events. If hired for a private event please understand we will not serve alcohol ever.

c. Code of Conduct: We prioritize the well-being and comfort of all event participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event if their actions violate the code of conduct.

Payments and Fees a. Pricing: The pricing for our event services will be communicated separately and agreed upon before the event. Additional costs, such as venue fees and any requested additional services, will be outlined and agreed upon in writing.
b. Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit or partial payment may be required to secure the event date. Specific cancellation policies will be provided before booking and may vary based on the nature of the event and the time prior to the scheduled date.

Liability and Indemnification a. Release of Liability: Little Sober Bar and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Event attendees participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions and well-being.
b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Little Sober Bar and its affiliates harmless from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any breach of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to logos, trademarks, content, and designs) associated with Little Sober Bar and the Services are owned by Little Sober Bar and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or use any of these materials without our prior written consent.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Little Sober Bar regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
